Rolling Lemon is a Pennsylvania based visual storytelling studio.

We help issue advocates build narrative power with integrated creative strategy, media production, and coaching.

Documentary minded + digital first

Rolling Lemon brings a variety of experiences in visual storytelling, digital media, documentary film, photojournalism, arts education, and creative strategy to traditional communications work.

Our collaborative approach to media production is rooted in an admiration for the courage of everyday people, centering lived-experience while producing content that is widely accessible and optimized for online engagement.

From implementing a communications strategy to launching a podcast — staying nimble allows us to be a well integrated partner with a deep understanding of the issues and needed impact.

Meet our founder

Amanda Berg began developing Rolling Lemon in late 2020, after spending over a decade in-house at newspapers in North Carolina and Pennsylvania and in the Office of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf.

She is passionate about fostering a creative space for those on the front lines of social progress.
