Amanda Berg

Strategy + Design + Pre-post Production

Amanda [she/her] is a documentary artist with nearly 15 years of experience spanning photojournalism, film, digital media, creative strategy, arts education, and strategic communications.

Her work has taken her from newsrooms in North Carolina to classrooms in the South Bronx to the Office of Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, always exploring how authenticity can organize ideas and move people.

As the Founder of Rolling Lemon, she partners with issue advocates to blend storytelling and strategy in pursuit of social progress. She believes the deepest knowledge comes from lived experience and is passionate about helping people translate that knowledge into collective power.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys exploring Philadelphia, playing tennis, collecting rocks, walking in Wissahickon Park, and spending time with friends and family.

Ayouba Swaray

Community + Pre-production + Production

Ayouba Swaray [he/they] is a performer, writer, and multidisciplinary artist whose work is rooted in experimental movement, urban exploration, and devised storytelling.

He formed his artistic foundation studying theater and dance at Trinity College. His tenure at the La MaMa Experimental Theatre Club rerouted his artistic path, inspiring him to expand his range as a creator.

Originally studying sociology, Ayouba now work as a digital storyteller with Rolling Lemon. Through documentary, photo, and video production, they’ve wield the tools to turn their practices into a lifestyle, capturing community, activism, dance culture, and urban surrealism through lens and pen.

His influences include Sun Rah, Octavia Butler, Alvin Ailey, Serge Aimé Coulibaly, and Shakespeare. Outside of his “9-5”, Ayouba enjoys cinema, theatre, house music, soccer, exploring West Philadelphia, and mayo.

Jen Wilburne

Communications + Press + Social Media

Jen [she/her] is a community-minded communications and public affairs professional with more than a decade of experience across journalism, documentary storytelling, consulting, and state government.

She most recently advanced national justice reform initiatives with the CSG Justice Center and served as a creative consultant on the HBO documentary Great Photo, Lovely Life and its companion podcast, Trauma Town.

Previously, she was Chief of Staff and Press Secretary to Pennsylvania First Lady Frances Wolf and an Advisor to Governor Tom Wolf, where she led initiatives in criminal justice reform, food security, and pandemic storytelling. Jen is driven by a sense of public service.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, thrifting, and knitting.

Thomas McCall

Post-Production + Finishing + Media Management

Thom [he/him] brings stories to life through video, crafting work that is engaging, polished, and impactful.

With expertise in editing, cinematography, lighting, and sound design, he manages projects from pre-production through final delivery. His background is rooted in advertising, with experience across automotive, fashion, lifestyle, hospitality, and live sports.

Thom has produced work in NYC, LA, and Austin, and is now based in Philadelphia with his family. Known for keeping projects on track and mentoring junior editors, he values collaboration and high creative standards.

Outside of work, Thom enjoys time with his daughter, supporting local bands, and experimenting with analog photography.

Tatiana Ishod

Administration + Project Management + Archiving

Tatiana [she/her] is a South Jersey–based designer and writer focused on purpose-driven storytelling.

With experience across education, nonprofit, public relations, and food sectors, she brings intention and curiosity to every project she touches.

Her work is informed by a strong foundation in user experience and graphic design, developed through coursework, design-athons, and internships.

Fascinated by stories and the human experience, Tatiana is motivated by learning, collaboration, and creative growth. Outside of design, she enjoys traveling, reading, scrapbooking, and discovering new places to eat.
